The best Animation Book compilation
A year and a half ago I wrote a post about the most interesting books for becoming a good animator. I think it would be useful for us to check it out again and take notes about all of them. Thanks to Carlos Baena, Sean and others. Without his contribution this compilation would not be possible.

Wow thanks a lot from Perú, i’ll put the list in to my favorites.
Jah bless you.
Thank you!!
I will consider these references and put them into the list!
Hi Sean,
Thanks for your input! I know there’s is a lot of interesting resources. That’s why I create this list, because I want to enlarge the resources and it’s great you give more feedback in order to make the list very helpful. I’m gonna put this info.
Thanks man!
Maybe you could add theses :

Witch are also great read.
Nice list.
I’d also add The Stanchfield Drawn to Life books, “Chuck Reducks” (which I think is a better crafted version of “Chuck Amuck”), How to Cheat at Maya 2010 by Eric Luhta, Composing Pictures by Donald Graham, Prepare to Board by Beiman, and the Muybridge “In Motion” books.
Also, I think The Making of Fantastic Mr. Fox is an insanely inspirational behind the scenes book. As are The Art of Kung Fu Panda, The Art of How to Train Your Dragon, and The Art of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs… if you wanted to pad up your list of “Art of Books,” those are some of the best ever written. Cartoon Modern by Amidi is also a great source of inspiration.
Wow!! Great collection of links, although right now I don’t see myself animating my own creations, time will tell.
Thank you, Albert, it is very kind of you.
Cheers,
Daniel.
